Physical Therapist

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Perform therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, functionality, and independence within a hospital setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to diverse patient populations. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical function and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Document clinical assessments, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes accurately. Educate patients and family members on exercises and home programs to support recovery. Comply with all hospital policies, safety standards, and professional regulations. Qualifications: Valid Texas state license as a Physical Therapist. Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience, including clinical rotations. Proven expertise in managing complex trauma and neuro patients. Strong ability to work independently with a high sense of accountability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
