-- We'll train and develop the right person. License for Property Casualty or Personal Lines, and or Life and Health licenses a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads.
• Communicate confidently and build quick rapport
• Help customer choose the right insurance protection
• Learn sales skills, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Work toward required licensing (Property & Casualty + Life & Health)
• Maintain activity goals, track progress and stay consistent

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation $50,000-$65,000 per year
