Meat Team Leader Assistant

Giant Eagle is seeking a Meat Team Leader Assistant to support daily operations in our Meat Department. In this role, you’ll assist with product preparation, stocking, and rotation while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. You’ll help execute merchandising plans, build attractive displays, and monitor inventory to ensure freshness and availability. The position includes engaging with customers, answering product questions, and offering cooking or selection suggestions. Working closely with the Meat Team Leader, you’ll support scheduling, task follow-up, and a safe, respectful, team-focused environment aligned with Giant Eagle’s people-first culture.
