Position Schedule

Our 2-2-3 schedule rotation breakdown:

• Work: Monday & Tuesday - Off: Wednesday & Thursday - Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
• Off: Monday & Tuesday - Work: Wednesday & Thursday - Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
• 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm - 6:00am) or (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm)

Position Duties

• Safely operate the gamma winder, duplex winder and bag machine performing a variety of tasks
• Rewinding, trimming and slitting rolls
• Fixing profile issues on finished goods
• Pack skids using corner boards, slip sheets, headersand proper taping
• Maintain a clean, organized, "set in order" and "shine" environment in the work areas
• Assist other areas of production with tasks when needs demand
• Open stock and cut cores
• Use forklift and clamp truck to move material throughout the plant
• Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
