Process Operator, Support II

Responsibilities Operate and monitor machines used in the production of Temptime product. Perform setup, testing, and assembly of products using specified equipment. Effectively plan and utilize time and resources to meet business needs and achieve objectives. Inspect products for defects, identify and properly mark non‑conforming material in accordance with work instructions. Ensure product assembly meets production requirements (both quality and quantity). Properly identify and physically move raw, in‑process, and finished goods materials to and from storage locations. Perform material transactions in ERP for raw, in‑process, and finished goods materials used in production processes. Work with outside vendors for the purchase of operating supplies and maintain inventory of operating supplies, including screens, plates, and other pre‑press supplies. Conduct inventory cycle‑counting activities as directed. Daily setup, operation, and cleanup of equipment operated. Maintain and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain work area organization and documentation to satisfy ISO and GMP standards. Maintain good communication and working relationships with all departments and effectively function within a team environment. Support research and development activities, including participation in product/process development trials, carrying out new types of raw material and product characterization/performance testing, and use of experimental materials. Attend the worksite on a regular and ongoing basis. Minimum Job Requirements Wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Attendance as scheduled at the worksite is required. Preferred Job Requirements Manufacturing machine operation skills. Perform setup, testing, and assembly of products. Quality inspection skills. Assembly skills. Basic math skills. Shift and Compensation 1st Shift: 6:00AM – 2:00PM, Monday – Friday. Pay: $22.00 per hour. Incentive Compensation Performance‑based annual cash incentive at a target equal to 3% of base pay in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
