Entry Level Sales Representative have the potential to earn up to $60,000 in their first year. Many of our top performers at Rite Window have surpassed the statewide average annual salary, earning between $70,000 and $90,000 as Retail Sales Associates by consistently following our proven sales process. While individual earnings vary, our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success! About the Role Represent Rite Window by promoting our high-quality products and services to both prospective and existing customers through in‑store retail marketing campaigns and events. Deliver engaging, face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight our premium products and expert installation services. Key Qualifications 1‑2+ years of experience in a sales or customer‑facing role is welcomed.
