Fleet Coordinator

Fleet Coordinator is a role with ContainerPort Group (CPG), a World Group company, located in Dallas. This position focuses on enhancing the local customer experience at trucking terminals by building relationships with warehouses and vendors, acting as a liaison between terminal operations and customer-facing teams, and ensuring smooth fleet and terminal operations.

Duties and responsibilities include communicating quote rates and service capabilities, processing orders, providing shipment status updates, gathering feedback to improve customer experience, entering order information accurately, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer information.

Education and professional experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a college degree preferred, at least one year of trucking industry experience preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Transportation Management Systems.
