This is a high-volume outbound sales position. You will spend a significant portion of your day making outbound calls, following up with leads, generating new opportunities, and asking for the sale. Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls every day to prospects and leads
• Follow up consistently with new and existing leads by phone, text, and email
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
• Educate customers on insurance products and recommend coverage based on their needs
• B2C Sales and B2B Sales
• Quote policies, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale
• Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and additional opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up activity
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Compete to exceed agency sales targets and personal performance goals

Requirements

Experience:

Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

 License/Certification:

Property Casualty License (Preferred, not required to apply)

Life Health Insurance License (Preferred, not required to apply)
