Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a manufacturing company in Cottage Grove, MN. What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

• Process purchase orders and prepare customer quotes
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy using internal and external systems
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email (inbound and outbound)
• Resolve order and product issues in collaboration with sales teams
• Track order status, lead times, and shipping details, providing timely updates
• Identify errors, implement corrections, and help improve processes
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal departments

What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Representative Role:

• Experience navigating multiple software systems
• Ability to work independently and know when to seek guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent follow-through and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or projects
• Critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
