Job Description:

This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end product life cycle, including conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience, and adhering to the Product Risk Management policy. Job expectations may include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.

The Consumer Credit Card Portfolio Stimulation Execution Product Manager role is an individual contributor that will collaborate with cross channels partners, including strategy owners, on the error-free delivery of existing consumer credit card stimulation programs. In this role, you're responsible for the end-to-end delivery, communication and fulfillment of stimulation offers across Call Center, Financial Center, and Digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies and creates comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including supporting the creation of sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
• Oversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
• Provides information on product trends to sales and marketing teams leveraging knowledge of product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape
• Identifies opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to fit client's existing and future needs and support continued growth and operational excellence
• Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners
• Partner with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
• Drives the optimization of Consumer Credit Card portfolio stimulation initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution across Call Center, Financial Center, and Digital channels. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning by coaching channel partners.
• Creates industry-leading client experiences by partnering with Competitive Intelligence to benchmark best practices and translate insights into differentiated capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Aligns stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure client communications and experiences are transparent, compliant, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Provides leadership and governance over channel execution and fulfillment processes, identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness, strengthen controls, improve performance, and elevate the overall client experience.
• Champions the use of Voice of the Client / Associate programs, complaint deep dives, and call listening insights, to synthesize actionable recommendations that inform strategy development, experience design, and investment priorities.
• Leads continuous improvement efforts across client and associate experiences, leveraging audits, control enhancements, and defect analysis to drive sustainable transformation.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for portfolio stimulation strategies, partnering with project and operation partners to deliver tactical and strategic initiatives that enhance capabilities and client engagement.
• Establishes monitoring frameworks to measure associate readiness, operational efficiency, and risk management, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulations.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic recommendations and data-driven insights on portfolio growth, client engagement, fulfillment, and channel performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of card product or related experience
• Ability to work across functional areas to manage risk and drive continuous improvement
• Ability to effectively facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own project/process documentation
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Conveys out‐of‐the box ideas and solutions, embraces change with a future‐forward mindset, and challenges the status quo
• Ability to engage across business lines and develop strong working relationships with business partners and all levels of management
• Management of operational risks through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners
• Exhibit a strong drive for results and success; convey a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations; persists despite obstacles, setbacks and competing influence
• Strong experience in documentation, evaluation, and improvement of complex business processes with a demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented on business process concepts
• Strong communicator with experience creating materials for education internally and externally across all levels and organizations
• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and drive projects to completion
