Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Multifamily properties in Colorado. The role focuses on quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service. You will handle a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure safe, clean communities. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.
