About the Practice
Small, well-established podiatry practice seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused individual to assist
with both front office and clinical responsibilities. We provide personalized care in a calm, low-stress environment and
are looking for someone interested in becoming an important long-term part of the practice.
Position Overview
This role combines administrative and clinical support duties in a steady, patient-centered setting. The ideal candidate
is comfortable working independently, enjoys interacting with patients, and takes pride in helping an office run
smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Manage patient charts and records
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Collect co-pays and post payments
• Submit prior authorizations and obtain referrals as needed
• Retrieve and return patient phone messages
• Room patients and prepare exam rooms
• Clean and sterilize instruments
• Stock and organize exam rooms and supplies
• Handle basic office tasks including documents, faxes, and filing
Qualifications
• Previous medical office experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with computers and basic office systems
• Microsoft Word experience preferred
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT terminology preferred
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in medical assisting or office coordination required
3-5 Years Experience in management
