A respected and growing North Texas architecture firm is seeking an Interior Designer to join its collaborative design team. This opportunity is ideal for a young, emerging interior design professional who is looking to build a long-term career in commercial architecture and interior environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with a senior Interior Designer on a variety of impactful commercial projects, including:

• Higher Education Facilities
• Municipal & Government Buildings
• Public Sector Projects
• Community & Institutional Facilities

This role offers significant exposure to both interior design development and FF&E programming while working alongside experienced architects and design professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interior design concept development and documentation
• Support FF&E selection, specifications, and package preparation
• Produce construction documents and presentations using Revit
• Coordinate with project architects, consultants, and clients
• Participate in project meetings and design reviews
• Assist with finish selections, materials research, and space planning
• Support projects throughout the design and construction process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Interior Design program
• 2+ years of professional interior design experience
• Working knowledge of Revit required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Desire to build a career in commercial architecture and interior design
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Background

Candidates from reputable Interior Design programs such as:

• Texas Tech University
• University of North Texas (UNT)
• University of Oklahoma
• Other accredited Interior Design programs
