Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Culinary diploma preferred, but not required
* Prior kitchen experience in a polished casual/fine dining restaurant preferred, but not required
* ServSave sanitation certification preferred, but not required

Prior experience as cook, chef, line cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, boh, or other back of the house part time restaurant jobs highly desirable.
