Customer Service Specialist 1

Overview The Customer Service Associate I position provides "Simply the Best" customer service at all times. This high volume service role engages your customer service skills by delivering prompt and accurate answers to Equipment Finance customers. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from Equipment Finance customers. Obtain data from each caller to research and resolve issues related to servicing, including payment inquiries and account information. Review and follow‑up on resolutions regarding customers’ concerns and questions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. High School Diploma or GED. Compensation Hourly: $22.00 – $27.50. Candidates may also qualify for an incentive compensation plan based on performance.
