  • Design and implement habilitation and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation and clinical records.
  • Collaborate with ENT physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and treatment recommendations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support practice goals and operational excellence.
  • Stay current with advancements in audiology through continuing education and professional development.
Who we are looking for
  • Demonstrate strong diagnostic skills in the evaluation and treatment of hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, and vestibular disorders.
  • Have experience with hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide compassionate counseling and education that empowers patients to make informed decisions about their hearing healthcare.
  • Are detail-oriented and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • Embrace a team-first mindset and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
  • Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence.
  • Align with the Wake Way to Excellence by putting patients first, fostering meaningful relationships, and supporting the mission and values of WakeMed.
