Construction Manager (Wastewater Infrastructure) - United States

We are currently expanding our presence in the United States and are looking for experienced Construction Managers to support infrastructure projects on behalf of one of our key clients. Position Construction Manager / Owner's Representative – Wastewater Infrastructure Location United States (project-based) Project located approximately 10 miles north of Columbus, Ohio Future assignments may be located throughout the United States. Employment Type Project-based / Full-time (depending on project requirements) About the Role As a Construction Manager acting as the Owner's Representative, you will oversee construction activities, monitor contractor performance, ensure quality and safety standards, and provide technical reporting to the client. The position requires regular travel depending on project location. Responsibilities Supervise civil construction works related to wastewater infrastructure. Monitor installation of underground utilities and sewer pipelines. Oversee contractor activities and ensure compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with clients, contractors and engineering teams. Review construction progress, quality and safety performance. Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports. Identify technical issues and support their resolution. Ensure project documentation is properly maintained. Representative project scope includes: Installation of approximately 6,500 linear feet of 10-inch PVC SDR35 sanitary sewer main . Decommissioning of two wastewater lift stations . Decommissioning of a neighborhood wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) . Requirements Required Experience as Construction Manager, Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Owner's Representative. Previous experience supervising civil construction projects. Knowledge of underground utilities, sewer systems or water/wastewater infrastructure. Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel throughout the United States. Preferred Experience with wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), lift stations or municipal utility projects. Experience with PVC sewer main installation. OSHA 30 certification. Valid U.S. work authorization or visa allowing employment in the United States.
