Contact Mckenzie Andrixat View email address on click.appcast.io What You'll Do Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements Map and optimize workflows across enterprise construction platforms and applications Translate business needs into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Act as product owner for enterprise platforms, supporting full lifecycle delivery and enhancements Coordinate cross-system releases, integrations, and change management activities Lead testing efforts including UAT planning, defect triage, and stakeholder training Maintain documentation including process flows, release notes, roadmaps, and governance artifacts Serve as an SME for enterprise applications and support continuous improvement initiatives What Experience You'll Have 1–3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role Strong background in requirements gathering, workflow/process analysis, and documentation Experience supporting enterprise systems such as ERP, document management, or project management tools Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and reporting tools (Power BI/Excel) Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams What Experience is Nice to Have Experience in the construction industry or project-based environments Familiarity with platforms such as Vista by Viewpoint, Autodesk ACC, Hyland OnBase, or Oracle P6 Exposure to Power Apps or process automation initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Vernovis
