CNC Lathe Operator – Valencia, CA

Location: Valencia, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $21/hr-$40/hr (DOE)

We are hiring a CNC Lathe Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe machines according to specifications
• Load and unload materials and parts
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and tolerances are met
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of machine operating experience in manufacturing
• Familiarity with machining tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible and dependable with strong attendance

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/warehouse setting
• Exposure to varying temperatures, machine noise, and machining fluids
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion required
