CNC Lathe Operator – Valencia, CA

Location: Valencia, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $21/hr-$40/hr (DOE)

We are hiring a CNC Lathe Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC lathe machines according to specifications
Load and unload materials and parts
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and tolerances are met
Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of machine operating experience in manufacturing
Familiarity with machining tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible and dependable with strong attendance

Work Environment

Manufacturing/warehouse setting
Exposure to varying temperatures, machine noise, and machining fluids
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion required
