Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to support our established outpatient team through evaluations, plan-of-care oversight, and PTA supervision. This is an ideal opportunity for a PT who wants meaningful clinical work without the demands of a traditional full-time outpatient schedule . If you currently work in home health, PRN care, or another flexible setting, this role offers the ability to add consistent hours in one supportive clinic environment, without spending your day driving from visit to visit.
