Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to create a respectful and supportive learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements. Foster a love for learning through creative activities, play-based learning, and hands‑on experiences. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes health and well‑being. Qualifications Experience working with preschool‑aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
