Nexus Recovery – Chelmsford, MA · Full-time, part-time, or per diem · Days, evenings, and overnights available Nexus Recovery is a substance use disorder treatment program in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, licensed by the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS). We provide Acute Treatment Services (ATS/detox) and Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS), 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Most of the people who come through our doors are covered by MassHealth, and too often that has meant being told there is no bed, no time, or no one available. We are building a top-tier clinical program for exactly those people — the kind of care you would want for your own family, offered to the people who usually get the least of it. If that is the work you want to be doing, we would like to meet you. What you will do Take vital signs and withdrawal scores, and flag any change in a patient promptly to the RN. Administer medications and treatments per provider orders. Keep medication storage, shift counts, and medication records accurate. Respond to medical and behavioral emergencies, including overdose. Support admissions and discharges, including counting and packing patient medications. Educate patients on medications, withdrawal, and overdose prevention within your scope. What you need Current Massachusetts LPN license in good standing. Current BLS/CPR certification. Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays in a 24-hour program. Detox, behavioral health, or medical nursing experience preferred. Accuracy with medication documentation and controlled substance counts.
