Job Summary Full‑time nursing position (RN) for acute inpatient units with shift: nights 7 pm-7:30 am, every third weekend and holiday rotation. Job ID: 181252. Area of Interest: Nursing. Sign‑on bonus: $20,000 for eligible RNs (including residents) hired or offered between April 1 and July 31 2026. Responsibilities Provide nursing care for patients and families in acute medical and surgical units. Collaborate with the Physician Surgical Residency Program and other care givers. Support patients undergoing gynecology, breast, ENT, general, and other acute surgical procedures. Maintain a practice environment that reflects the ANA Code and UnityPoint Philosophy of Nursing. Participate in the RN Residency program if newly licensed or less than 12 months of acute RN experience. Complete residency within first 12 months of employment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa. Newly licensed nurse or less than 12 months of acute RN experience. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
