An exciting opportunity is available for a Bilingual Immigration Attorney to join a growing humanitarian immigration practice in Houston. This role offers the chance to be part of a new, rapidly expanding platform supported by an established international law firm and experienced investors, while receiving full operational support. Key Responsibilities VAWA petitions T Visas Asylum applications Removal Defense before EOIR Develop case strategies and provide legal representation. Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with support teams, including intake specialists, paralegals, and customer service staff. Represent clients before immigration courts and government agencies. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Experience with VAWA, T Visas, Asylum, and/or EOIR Removal Defense. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping build a growing practice. Strong advocacy, communication, and client service skills.
