Pay Rate: $19-$21 per hour

Pyramid Healthcare is a national leader in behavioral healthcare, and we are proud to announce the opening of our new residential treatment facility in Concord, MA. This center will provide high-quality care for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

We are currently seeking Full-Time Drivers to support daily operations and ensure reliable, compassionate transportation for our clients. Our Drivers often serve as the first point of face-to-face contact for individuals entering treatment, making this a meaningful and rewarding role.

Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time with evening availability required, including some weekends
Starting Pay: $19-$21 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations
• Supervise clients during transportation to ensure safety
• Maintain required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to emergency situations as needed
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Lift up to 50 lbs. if needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior driving or human services experience preferred, but not required
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm in crisis situations
• Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical behavior
