Gateway Bar, Liquors & Grill is looking for a motivated, hands-on General Operations Manager to help oversee our growing business.
We're a busy neighborhood bar, liquor store, and restaurant looking for someone who can lead by example, solve problems, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing day-to-day operations
• Supervising staff and scheduling
• Assisting with hiring and training
• Maintaining excellent customer service
• Inventory control and vendor coordination
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient operation
• Helping drive sales and profitability
What We're Looking For:
• Previous restaurant, bar, retail, or hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Nights and weekends
