Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.

What you'll be doing:

We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our brew team! The Brewery Lead supports all beer production processes and contributes to RBC's goals to promote and provide exceptional brews that differentiate the company's brands. Essential functions include:

• coordinate distribution shipments
• fulfill internal and external orders
• monitor inventory
• maintain cleanliness and manufacturing best practices
• provide brewer support and cellar work
• packaging during production runs

This is a full-time, on-site position. Regular business hours Monday through Friday with the occasional evening/weekend as operations dictate.

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Experience or willingness to train to operate a forklift
• Demonstrated experience as brewing support
• Flexibility
• Team-focused attitude, patient, and takes care with product and machinery
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
