Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical TherapistWe're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.Active Florida State Physical Therapy license required to start the position.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience or interest in pelvic floor therapy. Candidates combining pelvic floor with orthopedic caseload preferred.Experience with outpatient orthopedics, including treatment of low back, knee, and shoulder conditions is preferred.Position Details:Caring out-patient clinic in beautiful Florida that supports recovery and improve well-being.1:1 Patient Care Model with 2:1 follow up care modelMonday-Friday, NO WEEKENDS!Perfect for candidates that specialize in Pelvic Floor.Competitive compensation starting at $80k and goes up with experience + bonus structure!Benefits:$1,000 continuing education stipend.Employer covers 50% of health insurance premium.PTO: 2–3 weeks starting at 2 weeks, negotiable.Bonus structure available with option for lower base plus incentives.Ramp-up period provided and ongoing PTA support.Candidate Profile:Open to new graduates and experienced PTs.Personality and patient rapport prioritized.
