Village Cinemas is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded General Manager, Food & Beverage to lead the strategic direction, operational performance and guest experience outcomes of our Food & Beverage portfolio. This senior leadership role is accountable for driving commercial growth, elevating product and service execution, and shaping the future of Food & Beverage across our national cinema circuit. Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Marketing, Finance and Commercial functions About the Role AsGeneral Manager of Food & Beverage, Your key responsibilities will include: Analyse market trends and emerging consumer behaviors to identify strategic opportunities across all Village Entertainment Food & Beverage concepts Lead the development of the longterm strategic direction for the Food & Beverage department, ensuring alignment with the broader Village Entertainment strategy Oversee operational capex related to Food & Beverage equipment procurement, ensuring investment decisions align with strategic and financial priorities. Ensure customer experience remains central to the development of all Food & Beverage products, services and initiatives. What You’ll Bring Deep understanding of Food & Beverage operations Strong commercial and financial literacy Extensive senior leadership experience within Food & Beverage, hospitality, entertainment, retail or a related multisite operational environment. Experience leading large, diverse teams and building organisational capability through coaching, development and succession planning. Successful history of managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and driving commercial outcomes. Experience overseeing product development, category management and operational execution across multiple locations.
