Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join Osceola Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic , a Rural Health Clinic serving a close-knit community in southwest Missouri—close to the Osage River and Truman Lake!
This is an opportunity to practice relationship-based, outpatient primary care with real autonomy—supported by a mission-driven, physician-led health system that values long-term sustainability over volume.
The Practice
- 100% outpatient primary care — no inpatient work and no OB required
- Flexible scheduling options , including a 4-day workweek
- Established clinic team with APP support and experienced staff
- Shared after-hours call with first-line support through a nurse triage line
- Customizable role with optional opportunities in:
- Long-term care
- Urgent care
- Addiction medicine
Compensation & Benefits
- 18-month guaranteed base salary , followed by RVU-based production model
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- Residency or fellowship stipends available
- Student loan repayment support — eligible for NHSC and PSLF
