Wintermeyer Ventures
About the Role
We are looking for an early-career Design Engineer to own end-to-end design and front-end development for enterprise AI products. You will be the primary design voice on a small fast-moving team making complex AI workflows clear and usable for non-technical customers.
What Youll Do
- Own the UI and UX for a new evaluation product designing and building interfaces for customer support and IT teams.
- Turn early concepts and customer feedback into production-ready interfaces in close collaboration with founders and engineers.
- Build and maintain reusable components and design-system patterns across the product.
- Occasionally develop full-stack features and internal tools that improve the teams developer experience.
- Set design direction independently and help establish the products visual standards.
What Were Looking For
- One to four years of relevant experience and a completed degree or equivalent educational background; this is a full-time role not an internship.
- Experience with TypeScript React HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Playwright Cypress or Jest.
- Interest or experience in AI and machine learning products especially making complex workflows accessible to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with engineers and company leadership.
