What You’ll Do:

• Round on a consistent inpatient census with a rehab-focused population
• Manage both acute and chronic conditions in a post-acute setting
• Partner closely with therapy and care teams to support recovery and discharge planning

• Serve as a clinical resource within a collaborative care team

Requirements:

• MD or DO (Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
• Active or eligible California medical license
• Experience in hospitalist, rehab, or post-acute care preferred
