Clinic based Echo Tech position- no weekends, holidays, or on call. This is not a remote position. *Free FirstHealth Fitness Membership
Echo Tech (RCS, RDCS) Job Summary
- Will be responsible for conducting cardiac ultrasounds on adult patients utilizing 2D echocardiography, M-mode, and echocardiography with color flow/doppler.
- Will be responsible for collecting and evaluating clinical data while recognizing and reporting life-threatening findings in a timely manner to physician.
*Clinic Based Echo Tech position-Cardiology Clinic.
Echo Tech (RCS, RDCS) Qualifications
- Associate degree or Higher level
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Formal Training in Diagnostic Cardiac Ultrasound/Cardiovascular Technology required
- At least 1 year of echo experience required
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer RDCS (OR) Registered Cardiac Sonographer RCS required
- Reliable transportation and valid NC driver's license required
