Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, CDM, Adobe Acrobat and other specific applications.Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, clients, and individuals inside and outside the Company.Must be a forward thinker with good preplanning skills.Effective problem-solving skills.Effective in a team environment and adaptable.Organizational skills required.Two (2) – four (4) years of Administrative Experience preferably in the commercial construction fieldAssociate degree in business is preferred. High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.Primary DutiesResponsible for the paperwork, training, and onboarding of new hiresLaunching background/drug testing and request technologyCommunications with hiring managers and first day schedule for new hiresAssisting in scheduling, organizing accommodations, charges, and paperwork for Career Fairs and Internship programCoordinating Corporate Initiatives and Training Goals such as OSHA-30, Healthcheck 360, and open enrollmentDivision Initiatives & Administrative AssistanceMaintains schedules, correspondence, and logs receipts for DirectorShares Employee Engagement Committee responsibilities with Office ManagerThis job description reflects an assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
