Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of the care team as an experienced CT Technologist in Hartford, CT. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials safely, and operate CT equipment to support diagnostic imaging needs at a hospital facility. This role requires adherence to departmental protocols and collaboration with radiology staff to ensure high quality patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years CT Technologist experience .
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Siemens CT scanners preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled evening hours and cover on-call shifts, including 1–2 evenings per week and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hospital-based CT experience.
• Prior exposure to contrast administration protocols and emergency response procedures.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1500–2330.
• Evening coverage with on-call responsibility for consecutive shifts to cover evenings 1–2 nights per week.
• Ability to work holidays according to coverage needs.
