Partner Recruiting Assistant

Arrange and schedule lateral partner candidate interviews and meetings across offices Maintain calendars and appointment schedules Book conference rooms and prepare meeting materials Assist with travel arrangements and related expense invoices for candidates and team members Arrange and schedule lateral partner onboarding and orientation Enter detailed applicant interview data into the firm’s applicant tracking system (VI/WAVE) Assist with general administrative duties Requirements Strong communication skills, both oral and written Strong work ethic and ability to maintain strict confidentiality Ability to work well with internal and external clients Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Sound judgment and ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail Ability to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy, especially on tight deadlines Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or administrative experience Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills while managing candidate interviews, onboarding, and administrative tasks. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office and experienced in maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
