Medical Director

As a Veterinarian Medical Director with Mebane Veterinary Hospital in Mebane, NC, you'll lead high-quality medical care while shaping the clinical direction, culture, and growth of a thriving small animal practice. This role blends hands-on medicine with leadership, allowing you to mentor doctors, guide medical standards, and build a collaborative, engaged team.


You'll partner closely with hospital leadership and operations to support exceptional patient care, team development, and client experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a DVM who enjoys practicing medicine while also making a broader impact through leadership and mentorship.

This is a full-time leadership role , with scheduling designed to support work-life balance.


• No on-call or after-hours emergency coverage
