Job Description & Requirements

Facility & Unit Details

• 309-bed hospital
• MRI department located on 1st floor of main hospital
• Small team environment with 3 staff members
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Equipment: GE Explorer Lift Signa 1.5T
• EMR: Meditech

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently
• Strong patient care and MRI safety knowledge required
• Radiologist available for support/questions
• Preferred:
  • Ability to adapt MRI protocols based on patient or physician needs
  • Willingness to learn new procedures and software updates

Common Exams & Procedures

• Neuro MRIs and MRAs (head, neck, spine)
• Abdominal MRIs/MRAs including liver, kidneys, aorta, MRCP
• MSK exams and arthrograms
