ER Registered Nurse

Description:

• The Registered Nurse I assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies/procedures for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating patient functional status.
• Use the full nursing process to manage patient care
• Assess, organize, and deliver age-appropriate and culturally sensitive care
• Document all steps of the nursing process using proper medical terminology
• Evaluate patient problems and progress toward goals
• Support patient discharge through referrals and education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Participate in unit and hospital performance improvement (PI) and educational activities
• Attend in-services and meet education standards
• Exercise independent judgment in planning and carrying out clinical tasks
• Work directly with patients, families, and internal team members

• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
• BLS
• Less than 1 year experience
• Minimum Education - Associate's Degree

• USD $62,056 to $96,203
