Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current California SLP License required
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Experience in school settings supporting TK-8th grade students
• Comfort with on-site therapy delivery; teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong foundation in pediatric evaluation and intervention strategies
• Ability to work with diverse student populations
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and seasoned clinicians alike
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services onsite
• Consult with teachers and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to IEP meetings and student support plans
• Monitor and adjust interventions to ensure measurable progress
