Student Employment Opportunity At Ludden Clinic

Clerical work needed at the Ludden Clinic. This student employment opportunity supports the development of skills aligned with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Career Readiness Competencies. Through this role, students will strengthen the following competencies:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests who come to Ludden Clinic.
• Arrive and discharge clients in the electronic medical record system.
• Answer phone calls and department emails and respond to inquiries appropriately.
• Clean toys and other clinic materials and restock as needed.
• Distribute parking passes and client handbooks to clients and obtain signed consent forms.
• Scan clinic documents into the electronic medical record system.
• Assist faculty and adjunct faculty as needed with copying, scanning and computer support.
• Maintain a neat waiting room area.

Qualifications

MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY

Must be Federal Work Study Eligible
