Position Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments and established quality standards.
• Wrap, reel, and package products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate hand and power tools to assist with production processes, including cutting conduit and other materials.
• Verify product identification, labeling, and packaging prior to final inspection and shipment.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and report any defects or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures while meeting daily production goals.

Schedule

12-Hour Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Schedule)
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ($20.25/hour)
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (21.25/hour)
2-2-3 Schedule Benefits:

• Work only 15 days per month
• Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42120.00 - $42120.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
