Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation Location Columbia, MD Assignment Duration 13‑week contract position Schedule Days – 5x8 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This role requires providing high‑quality care for a diverse caseload of patients, including adults, adolescents, and geriatric populations, focusing on various orthopedic conditions. The incumbent will evaluate patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate recovery through evidence‑based interventions. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments, including Gross Motor Assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Manage a caseload of 55+ visits per day, ensuring productivity and proper documentation. Provide interventions for a variety of diagnoses and conditions, including: Orthopedic – Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain, and more. Neuro – Parkinson’s Disease, TMJ Dysfunction. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist. Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland.
