Job Title

Lead Enterprise Fiscal/Financial Systems Operations and Modernization

Major Duties

Direct requirements development, technical design, and SDLC/Agile leadership. Manage enterprise testing and system readiness. Ensure regulatory, audit, and financial compliance. Lead modernization initiatives (cloud, RPA, architecture modernization). Supervise senior technical staff. Provide executive-level advisory and cross-agency coordination.

Physical Requirements:

Work is primarily sedentary but involves use of a personal computer, so a degree of manual dexterity and visual acuity are required to utilize these tools. Some slight physical effort is required to lift and carry reference books, working papers, and similar items to and from meetings. No special physical demands are required.
