Aftermarket Account Executive - Bilingual

Position Summary

The Aftermarket Account executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and generating aftermarket business opportunities for the brands represented by the company. This role provides technical and commercial guidance to customers to promote solutions and services that ensure the optimal performance and reliability of HVAC equipment. The primary objective is to achieve annual fiscal year sales targets in alignment with management guidelines while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve assigned sales quotas to meet established fiscal year targets.

2. Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and service requests.
\n
3. Respond to customer inquiries regarding proposals, products, and services.
\n
4. Monitor and follow up on open sales opportunities in Salesforce.
\n
5. Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies.
\n
6. Leverage sales tools and resources to generate, develop, and close new business opportunities.
\n
7. Identify market opportunities for retrofits, overhauls, preventive maintenance services, general repairs, equipment start-ups, training, maintenance contracts, spare parts, equipment rentals, and equipment sales.
\n
8. Assess customer needs and provide technical recommendations tailored to their requirements.
\n
9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and meetings. Document customer interactions in Salesforce to track follow-ups and identify new business opportunities.
\n
10. Deliver customer training as required.
\n
11. Address commercial requests related to sold services and solutions.
\n
12. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services and align offerings with market needs.
\n
13. Update sales opportunities in Salesforce daily and maintain accurate records of sales and service orders.
\n
14. Prepare and execute contracts for sold projects and services.
\n
15. Monitor accounts receivable and payment collection for sold projects and services.
\n
16. Support collection efforts for assigned customer accounts.
\n
17. Develop new customer accounts and coordinate the establishment of corresponding credit lines.
\n
18. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Projects, Services, Logistics, and Shared Services, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
\n
19. Work closely with the Service Manager to resolve issues identified through customer satisfaction surveys.
\n
20. Prepare and submit weekly sales forecasts.
\n
21. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Education and Experience

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
\n
• Basic knowledge of HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
\n
• At least one year of experience in field service sales; HVAC industry experience is preferred.
\n
• Basic knowledge of the HVAC spare parts market within the assigned territory.
\n
• Knowledge of building management systems (BMS), control systems, automation, and related technologies.
\n
• Knowledge of the calculation and design of air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, dust filtration, and heating systems.
\n
• Knowledge of electromechanical equipment selection.
\n
• Strong sales and commercial skills.
\n
