Data Entry Operator

Base pay range $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr This six‑month temporary opportunity supports the Enrollment & Student Affairs department in a data‑focused administrative capacity. The position offers competitive hourly pay, full‑time hours (35‑40 per week), and runs from January12 through July3. Job Responsibilities Perform high‑volume data entry with a strong emphasis on speed and accuracy (10,000+ keystrokes per hour) Manage electronic files, including printing, copying, transferring, and deleting documents Access and maintain computerized databases and records Enter data for envelopes, labels, form letters, and correspondence Format and produce documents using standard office software Perform basic mathematical calculations and identify/correct data errors Operate basic office equipment and follow detailed instructions Candidate Qualifications Proven experience with high‑volume data entry and administrative support Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and correct errors Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software Comfort working with numbers and performing basic calculations Ability to manage electronic files and use standard office equipment Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
