Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in MS/Tele and will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to a diverse population across all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Perform IV insertions and other essential nursing duties as required.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and hospital policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting.
• Current Tennessee RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred.
