We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Warehouse Supervisor within our Elkhart, IN facility . General Responsibilities Serves as the primary owner for inventory across facilities, including inventory accuracy, cycle counting, replenishment, and KPI/data integrity. Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing inefficiencies, improving service levels, and driving sustainable process standardization. Owns project management responsibilities including scope definition, tracking progress, and ensuring execution of key initiatives. Analyzes data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions across processes. Ensures accountability and follow-through on open action items, process gaps, and performance issues. Supports growth in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels with focus on performance. Provides supervisory coverage across functional areas as needed What do we offer? Strong experience in inventory control, including cycle counting, slotting, replenishment, and multi-site inventory management Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results in areas such as inventory accuracy, cost reduction, and service levels Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority Solid project management experience, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and drive execution to completion Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (BPCS preferred), with the focus on process and system improvements Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, accountability, and driving performance across teams Ability to balance day-to-day operational execution with longer-term process improvement and strategic initiatives Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, progress, and recommendations to leadership Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and standards Understanding of the financial impact of operational decisions, including inventory accuracy, freight cost, and process efficiency Demonstrated potential to grow into broader operational leadership roles Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered 5+ years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics operations required 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Other duties as assigned This position works onsite at our Elkhart, IN facility .
