Human Resources Business Partner

We are recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a growing organization based in Frisco, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, driving people strategies, and supporting business transformation. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, providing both strategic and operational HR support across employee relations, talent management, performance, workforce planning, and organizational change. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, and employment law. Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, organizational structure, and employee performance. Support organizational change, restructures, business integrations, and M&A activities. Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Total Rewards teams. Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, processes, and employee experiences. Lead or contribute to HR initiatives across talent, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Requirements: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Senior HR Generalist position. Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of US employment legislation. Proven ability to advise and influence senior business leaders. Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or business transformation. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience supporting multi-state employees is advantageous. M&A integration experience is desirable.
