Join our mission-driven team as a IT Systems Administrator II and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients who need it most.
The IT Systems Administrator II acts as a technical contributor and implementer for TrueCare's hybrid IT ecosystem under the direction of IT leadership. This role is responsible for the daily administration and optimization of the full enterprise infrastructure stack, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises Hyper-V systems. A Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience relevant to the position.
Demonstrated experience in administering Microsoft Azure IaaS and on-premises Hyper-V virtualization, including host clustering and virtual network management.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including Active Directory synchronization, SSO integrations, and Conditional Access policies.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), NinjaOne, and Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning and policy enforcement.
Microsoft Office Applications: Standard proficiency with Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Will be required to travel between all TrueCare sites and locations therefore a California Driver's License, proof of valid insurance and clean driving record is required.

The pay range for this role is $43.03 to $64.54 on a hourly basis.
